Opening Times

Please note the appointments phone is answered from 8.00am. 

*We are closed 1.00pm - 2.00pm each Thursday afternoon for staff training and we are closed all afternoon one Thursday afternoon every other month. 

Consulting Times

Appointments are available: 

• Monday - Friday between 8.30am - 6.00pm. 

Extended Hours

We hold evening surgeries on Wednesdays and Thursdays between 6.30pm - 7.30pm for pre-booked appointments only. 

Prescriptions cannot be collected during these extended hours and the telephone is not answered during this time.

When We Are Closed

If you have had a serious accident or are suffering from chest pain you should dial 999 and ask for an ambulance. If you have an urgent problem that cannot reasonably wait until the surgery is open you should contact the Out of Hours Service (number) or Island Health Line on 0845 603 1007.

NHS 111

If you require urgent medical assistance which cannot wait until the surgery re-opens, please call 1-1-1. Calls to the NHS 111 service are free from both landlines and mobiles. If you have a life threatening medical emergency please dial 999.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

Walk-In Clinic

The centres are run by experienced NHS nurses and you don’t need to make an appointment. They help to improve the way in which thousands of patients get immediate treatment for troublesome minor health problems or injuries.
